Our Returns Policy
A full refund (less shipping costs) will be given for any books returned to us within 10 days of shipping, in an unused, saleable condition. Unfortunately we are totally unable to give any refunds on software or CDs
Payment Information
We use Paypal as a totally secure method of payment. However if you prefer you can phone or fax your credit card number through to us, or even mail a cheque or postal order. To keep costs down we do not supply C.O.D.
Shipping Information
Most items shown on our site are in stock. Occasionally we will have to wait for stock from a supplier. If we are unable to send your order within 14 days of receiving it we will contact you and ask for further instructions.
